Our preschool program mirrors the traditional school year and offers a more consistent and rhythmic early childhood learning experience. Operating 100% outdoors, we gather weekly on Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00–12:00pm beneath the trees where we nurture a lifelong love of learning through nature play and exploration.
With two mornings each week together, children have the gift of continuity — the chance to settle in, build meaningful friendships, and develop trusting relationships with their teachers. The extended rhythm allows projects to unfold over time, stories to stretch across weeks, and group dynamics to deepen naturally. Throughout the school year, children return to familiar trails, favorite climbing logs, and shared inside jokes.

Our time spent with children is a delicate balance between child-led learning and guided experiences inspired by nature’s wisdom and rhythms. Our days are rooted in play, exploration, creativity, and collaboration. We wander shady paths, build forts, create art from summer’s offerings, splash in the creek when conditions allow, and move our bodies freely beneath the trees. With more frequent gatherings, children grow in confidence, leadership, and connection — not just to the land, but to one another.
